Welcome to the 18th edition of the Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games!

New Zealand first held the Games in 1988 (Whanganui), then again in 1996 (Whanganui), and 2012 (Lower Hutt). We are thrilled to have you here in Rotorua. Like no other event on the Emergency Services calendar, the Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games builds camaraderie and promotes a healthy lifestyle through participation in sport while heightening the public's awareness of Police and Emergency Services.

We promise you a fantastic time as you explore our region and country, catch up with old friends, make some new ones, and with over 50 sports for you to choose from we are sure you will find something you and your friends can participate in.

There is plenty to do and see in this wonderful part of New Zealand, so make sure you check out what’s on and plan my visit pages to see the amazing things you can do and see here. Friends and family are welcome, even encouraged. We are busy planning a partner’s programme! We recommend you do a little research because we know you won’t have time to do all we have on offer!

Any questions in the meantime can be sent through our contact form found here!
